Dua Lipa’s tour looks include custom catsuits by Balenciaga and Mugler

Dua Lipa started it nostalgia of the future Tour in style.

The pop star kicked off her highly anticipated world tour at Miami’s FTX Arena this week after a nearly two-year delay. With the help of her stylist Lorenzo Posocco, Lipa put her own spin on some eye-catching catsuits, custom-made by big designers.

For one look, the Don’t Stop Now singer wore a highlighter yellow lace suit by Balenciaga with a corset top and the brand’s built-in trousers/boots, paired with matching elbow-length opera gloves and diamond embellishments Eera earrings. On her Instagram, she also shared a backstage photo shoot in a radiant look.

The Grammy winner also collaborated with Mugler, one of her favorite performance look houses, on a couture catsuit embellished with 120,000 crystals, with matching black gloves. Both Lipa and house Creative Director Casey Cadwallader shared clips of the star resplendent on stage in the glitzy look.

“It’s the Mugler baby, it’s doing things to me 🖤,” Lipa wrote in her caption.

Lipa also took some time out to soak up the Miami heat during a beach trip. For the outing, she wore a yellow and orange check crochet bikini, yellow crochet wrap, gold belly chain and black Coperni wedge flip flops. She also wore a Chihiro small hammock bag from the lion x spirited away capsule collection.

After her successful opening night, Lipa will tour the US until April before embarking on the international portion of her tour. She will also be joined by confirmed support acts Lolo Zouaï, Caroline Polachek and Megan thee Stallion.
